As previously described a Business Object will at the different migration stages contains all the data flowing through the migration-related to one specific Object.

Examples of Business Objects, of course, depend on the nature of the business but could be Customers, Account, Policy, Patent, Mortgage etc.

On the Objects panel, we see the Objects for this particular project displayed. In the drop-down select the Object you like to view.

By selecting a row/object you will be able to view the Object with the Events, Dependencies and data at the different stages in the data migration.

The green dot represents the result for each item, these indicators vary as:

You can also search by clicking on the filtering icon:

The search field allows search on any number (collum) like the ClientId in this example.

The list can also be filtered by Result (i.e., result of migration) (as above).

By clicking on the Item Id, a pop-up will show.

Events tab

… shows all events for this object.

Dependencies tab

… shows all objects that are dependent on this object and which objects this object is dependent on:

Parents shows which objects are required for the current object to pass migration.

Children shows which objects need the current object to pass migration.

In this case the Account listed in Children cannot be migrated before this client is migrated – and when looking at the Account the Parent would contain these Clients.

Also, in this list it is possible to click on the ItemId and a new pop up will show all details for the Object.

Source tab

… shows all the source data used for migrating the object.

Interface tab

… shows all fields passed from source to target.

Target tab

… shows the structure to be unloaded and inserted.
